Job Responsibilities/Duties

The Project Integration Manager will ensure consistent project management procedures, planning and integration; manage the TOC Risk Management Plan (RMP); integrate project-level changes and updates into the PMB; Manage and control the TOC Prime Contract and change order process to ensure compliance; achieve and maintain WRPS EVMS certification; ensure ongoing EVMS compliance; ensure standardization in project management and controls, approach, definition, and control of interfaces; and provide independent functional oversight to ensure that WRPS is conducting business in compliance with contract requirements and project standards. The Project Integration Manager is also responsible for the interface with the Mission Support Contractor and the Plateau Remediation Contractor, TOC Risk Management Process, and TOC Strategic Facility Planning and support.

The Project Integration Manager assures that the logical ties and dependencies of work activities are identified, forecasted, integrated and completed in a systematic manner via the integration of the ISMS core functions in the TOC PMB and monitoring of performance through the EVMS. The function of the Project Integration organization is to ensure standardization in project management and controls, Interface Management, Strategic Facility Planning, and Risk Management.

The Project Integration Manager is focused on implementing the WRPS Project Controls and provided deployed resources to the field to support day to day Project Control requirements.

Responsible for active control and management of the TOC Prime Contract and timely and quality contract change processes.

Project Integration has the responsibility to provide independent functional oversight to assure that WRPS is conducting business in compliance with contract requirements and project standards.

Assures that the logical ties and dependencies of work activities are identified, forecasted, integrated, and completed in a systematic manner via the earned value management system (EVMS)

Ensure a Safety Conscious Work Environment and Nuclear Safety Culture are established and maintained within the department which encourages management and employees to have an open and questioning attitude.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree, or equivalent , in related discipline with 15+ years related experience including 5 years in nuclear/DOE environment. Large Scale Project Management (Engineering, Construction, Controls, and Start Up)
