Provide leadership and oversight of operations activities by creating and maintaining a total quality and safe climate that encourages the commitment of all personnel to meet and/or exceed customer needs. Direct and control work in a manner that is consistent with the current boundaries of the Authorization Basis ensuring a balance of craft skills, work site supervision and documentation.
*Perform FWS/PIC duties to support Tank Farm Project Sampling activities.
*Set expectations during pre-job briefings to ensure all WRPS procedures and policies are being followed.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Maintain communication with management.
*Coordinate the planning and preparation of daily field activities.
*Maintain FWS certification.
*Manage PERs as assigned.
*Assist in the training of NCOs.
*Verify ISMS principles are being implemented.
BA/BS degree in Business, Construction Management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 8 years related experience.
Previous experience with Bargaining Unit employees, Tank Farm field experience, Experience with Collective Bargain Agreements
