The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop design solutions of moderate scope and complexity while working under general supervision by a senior designer

  • May hold pieces of a project or have a significant technical role, but also leads small to mid-sized projects; Final authority usually rests with a more senior staff member or supervisor

  • Maintain conformance with building standards, established architectural/Interiors practices, and applicable building codes

  • Work under general supervision of a project Architect/Interior Designer or senior-level team member

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or other related field required

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Proficient in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Has ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment

  • Has strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills fostering a positive work environment, and has outstanding design and graphic skills with flexibility in utilizing various communication tools

  • Possesses analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities

  • Has general knowledge of design development, construction documents and Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FF&E) processes as part of a collaborative, integrated architecture and interiors practice

  • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • BIM-Revit, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Creative Suites, or other related graphic software experience

  • Internship experience in Architecture, Interior Design or other related field
