Represent CTrail at events, meetings, and site visits to raise awareness and educate stakeholders about the benefits of using the rail system.
Participate in the All About Trains program, coordinating K–8 rail education efforts, including classroom presentations and train field trips.
Organize and manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
Coordinate and support group rail trips, including logistics and rider support.
Plan and execute outreach strategies to promote CTrail services and boost ridership through targeted engagement.
Participate in statewide community events and fairs to support visibility of the program.
Track outreach metrics and contribute to monthly reports.
Travel within Connecticut to support in-person outreach and events.
Contribute to marketing and outreach campaigns that support the program’s goals.
