AECOM Labor Compliance Technician in San Diego, California
AECOM is seeking a Labor Compliance Technician to be based in San Diego, California.

Under general supervision, the Labor Compliance program supports the Authority’s Capital Improvement, Major Maintenance Program and ADP programs performing responsible and complex activities including monitoring, investigating and reporting on labor compliance practices of contractors engaged in construction work for the Authority.
Positions within the Labor Compliance Program work in conjunction with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws requiring enforcement, management, coordination and integration of complex and detailed compliance information which may include labor contracts and agreements; electronic document management and support for achievement of development goals and targets and to determine compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the payment of prevailing wages and apprenticeship programs; and perform related duties as assigned.
- BA/BS + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Schedule flexibility to accommodate various project schedules.
Labor Compliance experience preferred.
Fluency in oral and written Spanish is desirable.
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
The selected candidate will be subjected to a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Registration Screening (MVR).
