AECOM Land Technician in San Francisco, California

This position will be based full-time out of the client's office in San Francisco. This individual would work closely with AECOM's existing team of on-site environmental professionals, as well as with the client's environment and land teams. The majority of work will be office-based, but some field work throughout northern California could be required.
Responsible for condition surveys, defect analysis and remediation surveys, schedules of conditions, technical due diligence surveys, dilapidation exercises, feasibility studies including design budget costs, tender preparation, procurement and tender analysis, and technical monitoring on new build and refurbishment projects
BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT)
Familiarity with property descriptions
Experience with CAD/Microstation
Prior experience working with utilities.
