AECOM Sr Paralegal - Licensing & Compliance in San Francisco, California
AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team.
The selected candidate will oversee the Company’s professional licensing efforts across the United States and lead a team of paralegals responsible for ensuring the Company’s compliance with applicable professional licensing requirements. In connection with these responsibilities, the selected candidate will closely collaborate with senior attorneys and executives throughout AECOM’s Design and Consulting Services business in the United States and Canada.
In addition, the selected candidate will serve as a key member of the internal compliance team for the Company’s AECOM Capital business segment. In connection with these responsibilities, the selected candidate will work closely with the General Counsel of AECOM Capital, other members of the AECOM Capital executive team, and outside advisors.
This position is open to be either in-office or remote/virtual based from a variety of locations in the US, not limited to those listed.

- Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 4 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience at a firm and/or corporation or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
6+ years of relevant experience
Experience with legal entity data platforms (e.g., hCue) and third-party compliance vendors
Knowledge of, and experience with, state professional licensing practices (contractors, architectural, and engineering) or similar licensing experience
Knowledge of, and experience with, compliance obligations of registered investment advisers under Investment Advisers Act of 1940
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
Due to the remote nature of this position, relocation assistance is not available

Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $125,000.
