AECOM is seeking a Network Cybersecurity Technician to be based in Seattle, WA, Baltimore, MD, or Washington, DC.
This position is expected to begin in June 2021.

AECOM’s Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, business transformation, asset advisory, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Analyze architectural designs and apply cybersecurity controls under the direction of senior team members.
Organize and prioritize tasking for other team members.
Maintain internal and customer-facing websites.
Work with senior team members to troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues.
Responsible for the physical installation of network components.
Receive and ship materials, verifying packing lists, stocking store shelves.
Configure and test network equipment under the direction of network engineers.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or another relevant field
Due to the nature of business US Citizenship is required
Must have completed one year of study in applicable program
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrate hands-on or academic experience in a technology-related field of study.
Must be in current pursuit of higher education degree.
Ability to lift equipment and install in rack as well as climb a ladder.
Working experience is a plus.
Local to the Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC, or Washington State area
