Job Description
This role will support our Strategic Recruitment initiatives by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. It requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic recruitment and demonstrate a strong presence when partnering with business leaders.
This position can be based in any US Location where AECOM has an office presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment:
Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level and critical positions across the organization.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the firm's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the evaluation process to ensure a rigorous, inclusive, and equitable selection experience.
Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to finalize employment terms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field plus at least 6 years of experience in strategic recruitment, with a focus on senior positions, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Experience in the A/E/C industry
Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies at a high level.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $115,000.00 - $140,000.00.
