Job Description

This role will support our Strategic Recruitment initiatives by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent. It requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic recruitment and demonstrate a strong presence when partnering with business leaders.

This position can be based in any US Location where AECOM has an office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level and critical positions across the organization.

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting the firm's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the evaluation process to ensure a rigorous, inclusive, and equitable selection experience.

  • Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to finalize employment terms.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field plus at least 6 years of experience in strategic recruitment, with a focus on senior positions, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • Experience in the A/E/C industry

  • Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies at a high level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $115,000.00 - $140,000.00.
