Job Summary

  • Front line supervisor who manages individual contributors.

  • Responsible for the overall quality of staff’s work and oversees projects.

  • Has project or task level financial accountability.

  • Typically leads a headcount of less than 10 people.

Minimum Requirements

  • HS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • Previous lead or supervisor experience

  • Have familiarity with local freeways and arterial roads

  • Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple, diverse and simultaneous inputs

  • Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

HS + 4 YORE or AA/AS (US) + 2 YORE or Diploma/Certificate (Canada) + 2 YORE
