AECOM is seeking a talented CEI Assistance Project Administrator/Contract Support Specialist for our Transportation Business Line based in Tallahassee, Florida.
As a Contract Support Specialist for AECOM you will have the responsibilities to review and ensure that the construction of projects is constructed within contract document requirements. helps people and communities thrive.

Reviews and approves monthly progress reports and final estimates for contractor
Oversight of Inspection staff
Ensures contract is within EEO compliance requirements
Controls the project documentation
Processes Construction Contract changes
Tracks construction documents including shop drawings and submittals
Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.
Familiar with FDOT Department’s Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and be proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform these duties
- BS Civil Engineering and 2 plus years of related experience in construction of major road or bridge structures or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in construction of major road or bridge structures
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
CTQP Final Estimates Level II (preferable)
Experience with final estimates on FDOT construction projects
