The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work under the guidance of senior staff and project managers

  • Perform structural design of bridges, retaining walls and other transportation structures

  • Perform computer aided drafting

  • Develop plans, specifications and estimates

  • Work closely with other transportation disciplines including roadway and traffic engineers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related Field from an accredited program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • EIT or obtaining soon

  • Bentley Microstation and ProjectWise

  • Structural analysis software

  • Fundamental understanding of steel design, reinforced concrete design and prestressed concrete design
